Need help accessing your files or understanding an existing feature? Start with the Read Me First PDF included with your purchase. For product support, email support@vigorwave.com. For help with an Etsy order, use Help with order from your Etsy Purchases page.
For an existing Etsy order, open Purchases and reviews in Etsy, locate the order, and select Help with order.
Google Sheets access
Use the Make a Copy links in the Google Sheets access PDF. You do not need edit access to the master file.
Possible formula or file issue
Email support@vigorwave.com. Include your software version, the sheet, cell, or metric involved, a screenshot, and the result you expected. Remove private client information before sending screenshots.
Support scope
Technical support covers file access, existing features, and confirmed formula errors.
Not included
Customization, new fields, data entry, integrations, accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, and individual setup are not included.
