License

This purchase grants one non-transferable license for internal use by one business. The purchaser and employees of that same business may use the files for the business’s own operations.

The files may not be resold, redistributed, shared outside the licensed business, sublicensed, uploaded to a template library, or used to create a competing product for sale.

Defects and updates

Confirmed defects in the current major version may be corrected through updated files. New features or future major versions are not guaranteed to be included.

Important disclaimer

This spreadsheet is an operational planning tool, not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, financial, or bookkeeping advice. Projected gross profit depends on the accuracy and completeness of the data entered by the user. It does not represent company net profit or bank cash.
